Carrot or Stick!
As a self-help expert it
is important for me to understand what inspires my clients either in a group
training session or in a one-to-one session. I describe motivation as the
reason that a person is willing to do something. I believe that in general
there are two main reasons why people do something ‘Carrot or Stick’. A person
motivated by a carrot is thinking about the good thing that they will get if
