Nearly 40% of self-employed people say they have felt lonely since becoming their own boss, according to a survey released by Aldermore.

The solo self-employed are now a vital element of the UK economy, contributing around £271 billion in 2017, of which around £125–140 billion came from freelancers and it is set to increase in the future.

In the long term, loneliness maybe dangerous to physical, emotional and mental health.

The process is that we provide a free session- no strings attached- to demonstrate that by connecting with other like-minded people will decreasing stress and increase a feeling of wellbeing and happiness. If a person is happy with the free session, they attend the next session and pay a fee!


The session can start off with a mindfulness session and then other activities surrounding healthy eating, exercise and resilience in the workplace.
